Managing Gmail - Simple Steps

 Too many messages on your inbox? Try these simple steps to manage your email in your Google Accounts. 


Steps: 

1. Log in to your Google account and go to your Gmail App. 

2. Click the Settings icon located at the upper right corner of your window



4. Click the See all settings button 

















5. Select Inbox then under Categories, check all the boxes (Social, Promotion, Updates and Forums). This settings will automatically categorize your recieved messages into these categories. 




6. Do not forget to click Save Changes 



7. Now you can see that your Inbox has now Categories and all your recieved messages are automatically categorizes. This is only one step to manage your emails easily. 



The FILTER OPTION OR SHOW SEARCH OPTION and LABEL

You can also manage your emails by using the filter option and label. Here are the steps:

1. Create your own label and type the name of the label you want. 



2. You  can also add colors to you labels, just select the label then click the three dots beside it then choose the color for your new label



3. beside your Gmail Search box, click Show Search Option 



4. Type the email you want to filter then click Create Filter



5. Then under the new filter option, you can now manage the email you want to filter. For example, if you want to automatically categorize the email into a specific label that you previously created, select that label and click Create filter. 





or if you want the Gmail to automatically delete it just select this option and click Create filter.
